THIS IS JUST A LITTLE POST THAT, IN MY OPINION, COMPLIMENTS THE LAST TWO NAS POSTS VERY WELL. AND, WITH TIM WISE'S POINTS ON THESE MATTERS, I THINK WE ALL WOULD FURTHER UNDERSTAND NASIR'S POSITION AND WHAT HE IS TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH.

Damn. Tim Wise is the truth... or pretty close to it. As far as Nas, I respect what he's tryna do (socially/politically), but not perfectly sure if this is the right means. Kinda makes me think of the movie "Bamboozled". Respect, nonetheless.
However, I just wish his MUSIC was still as good as his first two albums. Can't win 'em all, though...

THANKS G...I THINK AS FAR AS MUSIC GOES, NAS WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER ILLMATIC, PERIOD. BUT, HE'S IN A DIFFERENT POSITION FROM BACK THEN, A BETTER POSITION, TO INFLUENCE OUR CULTURE. I THINK HE KNOWS THAT AND HE'S NOT TRYIN TO LET IT GO TO WASTE.
